Calm and tranquility in this small village in the Moselle valley, fishing enthusiasts can come and tease zander and pike. The surroundings offer a number of original visits: the basilica of Saint Nicolas de Port, its brewery, the Golden Gates of Nancy 20 km away. Gîte renovated in 2017, adjoining the owners' house, in an old restored farmhouse, with exposed beams, in a cul-de-sac. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, fireplace with insert. Laundry room, separate WC. 1ST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in each), 1 bedroom (3 single beds) with communicating shower room and WC, 2nd shower room with WC on the same level. Electric heating, charges not included. Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Private terrace to relax. Parking at the end of the impasse, in front of the gîte. Public parking at 150 meters. To visit absolutely! The Brewery Museum [hidden] [hidden] Workshop to learn to brew! [hidden] You will be welcomed at the gîte by the owners Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - Pets: 40.0euros per stay Property managed by a professional. From Nancy, A330 towards Epinal. Exit at Flavigny-sur-Moselle. Cross Flavigny by the D570, 4 km turn left towards Tonnoy. Go up the village in the direction of Ville-en-Vermois D74, the gîte is on the right at the end of a dead end.
