In a typical village in the Allier Gorges, in the heart of a hilly landscape with a Mediterranean climate, this beautiful property comprises two gîtes facing opposite sides (back-to-back). Accessible just 200 meters away, the river will provide relaxation and refreshment (unsupervised swimming). Featuring a large terrace (40 m²) and an enclosed courtyard (180 m²), the gîte emphasizes welcoming families with children (baby equipment, indoor and outdoor games, a small stone cabin outside, etc.). Nearby: St-Ilpize 3 km (village, castle remains), Vialette Beach 3 km (bar-grill, tennis court, and children's playground), Blassac 5 km (church and murals), Lavoûte-Chilhac 7 km (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier, whitewater sports, shops, services), Brioude 15 km (basilica, old town, lace hotel, salmon house, weekly market). Bonus: A film retracing the history of this village, "Auzat l'Auvergnat," was filmed in 2017.
