Discover the Vendée and much more during your stay in this cottage located 25 km from the Venise Verte, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin Regional Natural Park. Its location will allow you to visit a variety of places: O'Gliss Park water park (34 km), beaches and coastline in L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île (39 km), La Rochelle (59 km), Les Sables d'Olonne (63 km) or the Île de Ré (66 km), and of course the famous Puy du Fou (47 km). This renovated barn, on one level, offers you a living room/lounge/kitchen with a wood stove and reversible air conditioning, two bedrooms each equipped with two twin beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the living room, you will access the greenhouse where you will find a 5-seater spa and armchairs for your moments of relaxation. Outside, you'll enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture, a lounge area, and a barbecue. A second terrace with a lounge area overlooks the greenhouse. The property is shared with the owners, and is surrounded by thick hedges, planted with trees and landscaped gardens. The property features a pond and a heated swimming pool (12.5 x 5 m), accessible from May to September. A bicycle storage room is also available.
The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the owners' home, in a small area with a few houses, 4 km from the town.
