## The space This single storey family house of 120 m2 with a garden of 720 m2 is as followed : - Magnificent garden with outside fournitures, pool, parking spot - Living room, WIFI, AC - Fully equipped kitchen opened to the living room with a dining table. This kitchen has dishwasher, Expresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, micro-wave, fridge with a freezer - Bathroom 1 : shower, toilets and sink - Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed and 1 single bed, AC - Bathroom 2 : bathtub, 2 sinks and toilets - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, storage and view on the pool - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, storage and view on the pool This house has AC in the living room and in one bedroom, a wifi in the entire place. The pool is private and can be used when you want. It is not heated and no noice after 10pm. The entrance to the car park is via a slightly narrow alley, making it suitable for city cars. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place, only one door will be locked for personal belongings. ## Guest interaction Guests will be in contact with our agency throughout their stay in order to insure the quality of your holidays. Please contact us a few days before in order to confirm your check in date so someone will be able to greet you at the property at the accorded time. Check ins are in between 4PM and 7 PM and later check ins might be possible, please contact the agency in order to see if it is possible. Check outs are at 10 AM. ## Getting around The Antibes train station is located at 450m away from the property, it is about 7 mn walking according to the Internet. The Airport is located about 25 mn away from Antibes. Please exit at Antibes Exit from the A8 highway.
