Our independent studio of 42 m2 is on one level and overlooks your private car park, a flowered terrace, the lawn and a panorama of 120 km of mountains with Annecy at your feet. It gives direct access to our 4 x 8 swimming pool with Roman steps. Everything is conducive to calm: hammock, deckchairs, garden furniture, comfortable bed. You can take the bus or the bike to go to Annecy. The centre of the village and its shops is 700 metres away. The villa Bellevue in which it is located, is in a very residential area, peaceful, located on a hillside of vineyards facing south-southeast with sunshine almost all day. The studio offers all the necessary comfort. It is also possible to order organic breakfasts on site at 9.50 euros per person (homemade rye bread, wheat, spelt, mountain honey, churned butter and jams from the farm, with orange juice, coffee or tea). Plenty of storage space for your bikes, skis, etc. Self-service multilingual library. Tourist information available.

Residential area, very quiet. Bus at 300 metres, direct line to Annecy. Close to the city centre in 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bus. Motorway exit at 3 km. Many shops nearby. Forest, hiking trails, marshes, footpaths within walking distance from the studio.
