On the seafront, with a direct view of the Allée des Arts, our charming apartment is ideally located for your summer vacation by the sea or to enjoy the tranquility of winter or the Les Déferlantes festival. This charming one-bedroom apartment, just steps from all the shops, "Kanumera," named after our prime location, will offer you all the necessary comfort. The apartment has a 140 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes. Located on the first floor of a small, well-maintained building with an elevator, you'll be delighted to find the beds made upon your arrival and towels provided. A charming balcony allows you to dine al fresco and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean. A private parking space in the secure building will save you the hassle of finding a parking space, especially during high season. We have just installed an internet terminal and fiber optics are available in the residence.
Hello, We arrived in Le Barcarès three years ago, and it was love at first sight. Richard is a former soldier, Catherine is a working woman, and renting our home is above all a human act, allowing us to meet new people. Welcoming and attentive, we will devote our energy to answering your questions and ensuring you have a pleasant stay. See you soon at our place, at yours, in the tranquility of Kanumera Barcarès.
