Independent cottage, fitted out on one level, 200 meters from the owner's house on a 4-hectare estate, with three alpacas, a couple of Shetland sheep, horses, donkeys, goats, chickens and Cameroon sheep. The property is located on a high point with a 180 ° panoramic view of the Basque mountains and the Pyrenees. Living room, kitchen area (oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker + Senseo), lounge (180 cm plasma TV, Dyson purifier / fan), 2 bedrooms (2 160 beds), shower room / toilet, separate toilet, storeroom (washing machine, dryer).
