La Bouscarle, a quiet house, not overlooked, composed of a T3 on the ground floor, rented year-round and a T8 duplex inhabited by Stéphanie with 4 guest rooms. Relaxing stay for the whole family or friends 10 minutes from Draguignan, 5 minutes from Lidl and the hospital, but in the countryside, the Bouscarle adopts as much as possible an eco-responsible philosophy: recovery of the water of the bath and the washing machine for the toilet (travelers are invited to pour a bucket of recovered water instead of flushing) compost, selective sorting, short showers, abscence of air conditioning, and solar amber in the pool. The house is at the end of a dead end, its calm is only disturbed by the singing of birds and chickens of the neighborhood. Possibility of hiking feet in the water (or not) directly from the Bouscarle, so without taking the car. A bike path -the vineyard by bike- just on the other bank of the Nartuby (river) connects Draguignan to Rebouillon.
Dance teacher in another life, and always choosing professions in relation to the public, I rent my rooms because I have a lot of contact with my tenants. I live in the apartment on the 1st floor. I am at your disposal by email, text, telephone, or in person when you need.
The neighborhood is quiet, secluded and most of my neighbors are my friends. Between forests and river, in the Gorges de Châteaudouble, located at the edge of La Nartuby, a charming river, my district enjoys the advantages of the countryside while being only 10 minutes from the center of Draguignan, 5 minutes from the hospital and Lidl, 44 minutes (37 km) from the Bauduen (Lac de Sainte Croix) 39 minutes (37 km) from Fréjus. His calm is only disturbed by the singing of birds, chickens in the neighborhood.
