Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 8.00€/room/week or bring their own.

This property accepts pets, but only with the owner's approval.

The gite must be returned in the same state of cleanliness and disinfection as when you arrived, with no exceptions.

A deduction on the deposit may be made in the case of a "partial" cleaning of the cottage.

You can choose to clean your accommodation yourself. A cleaning fee of € 60 par séjour will be charged if you don't clean before checking out.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
