The cottage offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with living room/lounge/kitchen, a laundry room, a separate toilet. - On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 and 4 beds 90 x 190), a bathroom (shower and bath) and a separate toilet. Outside: a private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha. In common: the garden (not enclosed) and the car park (at the back of the cottage). Gite adjoining gite 16417 and a future rental and located next to the owners' house.
