Enjoy a holiday with family or friends in La Maison de Claire, at heart of medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, classed as one of the loveliest villages in France. Ground floor: large living room/lounge opening onto kitchen, another lounge (sofa, flat screen TV, board games), separate WC, bedroom (double bed, washbasin). 1st floor: 'children's' bedroom (2 singles beds), bedroom (double bed), bathroom/WC. Lovely courtyard with garden & vegetable plot (approx. 200 sq.m.), not overlooked. Outdoor furniture, BBQ. Included in rent: bed linen, cleaning, heating. No WIFI but 4G phone signal possible in gîte.|Lovely setting at heart of village of Flavigny, famous for its aniseed sweets. In surrounding area: Alésia MuséoParc, Fontenay abbey (UNESCO World Heritage site), chÂteau of Bussy-Rabutin, medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, Auxois zoo and leisure centre, Canal de Bourgogne, and one hours drive: Dijon, Beaune, the road of the Great Wines of Burgundy, etc... Activities: bicycles, hikes, rambles, swimming, climbed, etc...
