The house has three levels to live on. On the ground floor, a welcoming entrance in the form of a lounge/office. A comfortable sofa bed for two people. In a vaulted room, a bathroom and a toilet are arranged in a row. On the first level, the living rooms: An open plan The living room comfortably furnished: sofa, TV, Bluetooth speaker. the window opens to the west on a pretty view of the countryside at the foot of the castle. the well-equipped kitchen opens to the east on a beautiful white Mediterranean terrace and beautifully landscaped. a cave nicely carved in the rock offers a perfect shade for hot summer days. On the second and last floor: 2 bedrooms with wooden floors. A first bedroom to the west has a clear view, ( 160cm bed) A second bedroom to the east where you can see the collegiate church. A shower room and separate WC Carefully renovated. Ideal to discover Grignan, the Château de Madame de Sévigné, the Festival de la Correspondance.

In the heart of the village of Grignan and its famous Château de la fille de Madame De Sévigné. 30 minutes from Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, 30 minutes from Suze-la-Rousse, its Châteaux and its wine university. 1 hour from Avignon and its Palais des Papes, its magnificent bridge. 40 minutes from Orange and its ancient theatre. A beautiful region to discover.
