Very close to the city center Only 10 minutes walking to the center, to the beach , supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants .... Amazing sea view on St Jean Cap Ferrat's Bay one of the most beautiful bay in Europe. Large and deep sea view terrace overlooking the pool. Large apartment of 100 square meters. Unlimited ADSL Internet. International TV channels. Netflix Luxueux appartement dans magnifique villa Art Déco entièrement rénovée . Villa située sur la French Riviera entre Cannes et Monaco ( 20 minutes en voiture). Seulement 10 minutes à pieds de la plage et 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville et tous les commerces ( supermarkt, pharmacie , boulangeries ,restaurants....) Vue mer imprenable sur la baie de St jean cap Ferrat , l'une des baies les plus belles d'Europe.
