La Petite Maison at Pont Blanchard is tucked away in an idyllic valley approximately 1km from the pretty médiéval town of Pleaux. In the foothills of the monts du Cantal it is a perfect location to discover this beautiful area. With its lakes, forests and mountains the area is truely stunning. La petite maison is comfortably furnished and full of rustic charm with à cantou fire place and oak floors. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, and fridge. Outside is a barbeque.
Hi there I love living in the Cantal, this beautiful part of France has such a lot to offer wether you love hiking, biking, or just relaxing and enjoying the lovely weather. I really hope you enjoy La Petite maison and I look forward to welcoming you soon. We live close by and can be contacted by telephone. We leave guests alone to relax and enjoy the cottage.
Pleaux is a pretty médiéval town with all amenities. There is a supermarket, bank, post office, bars and restaurants and a sélection of other shops.The market is twice monthly. The Dordogne river is close, perfect for canoeing and there are numerous walks and VTT trails all over the area. Lac Enchanet is a 15 minute drive away offering wonderful swimming and kayaking . Our two 2 person kayaks are located there and can be hired on a daily basis. This is a really stunning area for nature lovers and will provide everything for a fantastic, relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.
