Annie and Samuel welcome you to the Sologne for a few moments of relaxation in the heart of nature. Our house is exceptionally quiet. Our park of more than one hectare, surrounds the house and isolates us from all the noises, which are not very important because we are near the forest. You will forget for a few days the noises of the city, you are in the countryside, there is only the song of the birds and the small whistles of the squirrels which run from tree to tree in the garden. If you have chosen to stay in one of our chalets you will have at your disposal a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment. You can eat with the sound of birdsong. If you wish to use this beautiful kitchen, please provide a deposit of seventy-five euros in cash. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the kitchen and the dishes are perfectly clean and in perfect condition. Alone, with family or friends, for a few days or for a longer stay, we will welcome you in all simplicity and conviviality so that your stay is as pleasant as possible.
Why did we choose a large house, a large park and a beautiful region, the Sologne? To welcome our family our friends and our guests. We like to receive at home, meet different people, from different countries, for exchanges always very rewarding. We learn from our guests and in exchange we are at their disposal to help them discover the natural and cultural wealth of our region.
Vouzon, our village, is very well located in the center of France and in the heart of Sologne, rich and diversified region. For riding enthusiasts we are only 7kms from the FFE Federal Equestrian Park of Lamotte Beuvron At 32 km, in Orleans, many activities await you and Paris is only 1:45 by car (motorways A10 then A71), or by train (station of Austerlitz in Paris arrival station of Lamotte Beuvron) The River Beuvron, the river La Canne, the river Tharonne are the main rivers that cross the village of Vouzon which offers great opportunities for fishing enthusiasts. And of course for lovers of the history of France, for those who like to find the atmosphere of the old stones that tell so many stories, we are surrounded by castles and mansions that I will be happy to make you known, passionate myself of art history. But for convenience and everyday life, Vouzon offers us all the amenities. We are 600 m from the center and there are, a baker, a butcher, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a tobacco bar, a hairdresser, a nursing practice and a doctor which is rare.
