Your holiday apartment includes on the ground floor: relaxation area. Upstairs: kitchen, living room, TV, bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), bathroom with shower, toilet. You will enjoy relaxing in the 700 m² shaded garden shared with the owners. Parking your vehicles in free public parking, located opposite the rental or on the street (also free). No washing machine (laundry machine 200 m away). Accommodation adjoining owners and year-round rental.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the village of Plouaret (all shops and TGV station), you will fall under the charm of the stone of this building which is a former presbytery. During your stay, you will be spoiled for choice for your visits. The location of this apartment will allow you to explore both the Côtes d'Armor and Finistère. Want the seaside? 12 km away you will reach St Michel en Grève, a pretty seaside resort popular for its long sandy beach. From there, you can join the GR34 for beautiful hikes. On St Efflam beach (16 km) you can practice your favorite water activities (sailing, kayaking, paddle, etc.). The famous Pink Granite Coast will be 25 km away. Lannion and its pretty historic town center 15 km away. To explore Finistère, you will be close to the bay of Morlaix: the seaside resort of Locquirec will be 22 km away and that of Carantec 50 km away. Morlaix with its superb historic center, its viaduct and its port 33 km away.
