## The space This luxurious apartment is ideal for family or professional oriented trips since it is located in a residential and quiet neighbourhood of Antibes. This luxurious residency is secured and closed to everything. This residence has also a giant garden where you will be able to enjoy walks and also gives you access to a pool ! (Pool opened until September 30th. The swimming pool will be under construction during autumn to winter 2025/2026). The apartment is composed of : - Spacious entrance hall - Bedroom 1 : 2 simple beds, cupboard, large window looking over a garden and a private balcony of 10m2. - Bathroom 1 : attached to the bedroom 1, shower, sink, toilets, washine machine. - Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed, closet, large window. - Bathroom 2 : attached to bedroom 2, walk-in shower, sink, toilets. - Independent and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, micro-wave, stoves, dishwasher) - Living room with a couch and coffee table area with a TV and a dining room area with a table for 6 people. The living room has two wide bay window giving access to the terrasse of 29m2 looking over the sea. The accomodation as AC (in bedrooms only), WIFI and an access to the parking lot of the residence. ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Guest interaction I am available by phone and come over me if needed throughout your stay. I will wait for you in front of the entrance of the residence to welcome you and give you one set of keys upon your arrival. Note that arrivals are no later than 7 PM. After 7PM, additional fee will be applied or a self check in option can be made. ## Neighbourhood The apartment is located on the chemin du Puy in Antibes, near the Place de General de Gaulle the famous Picasso Museum in the old town of Antibes. In the surrounding area you will find many shops, restaurants and services. For instance, you will be able to go to the baker and butcher around the corner.
