At the heart of Saintonge Romanic you will live in a former(old) firm carpet slipper restored, situated in the vineyard cognaçais between Jonzac and cognac. You will be 4 km of the health resort, the Antilles of Jonzac and 30 km of Cognac and its big houses (Hennessy, Martell). You can relax in an one and a half hectare park in the middle of nowhere where will be provided you with to you sunbathings(sun tops) for free.
