Once a Commandery of Templar monks, active from 1227 until the Revolution, our estate offers a unique setting for those who appreciate the charm of ancient stones and distinctive places. Located in Saint-Romain-de-Benet, between the countryside and the ocean, our gîtes provide a refreshing and authentic experience. Relaxation & Togetherness Unwind on a lounge chair by the heated pool, enjoy an aperitif on your private terrace, or take in the beauty of the 5,500 m² landscaped garden. For your meals, an outdoor barbecue and plancha area are at your disposal. Families will appreciate the playground featuring a swing, wooden cabin, trampoline, sandbox, and pétanque court. "We cherish tranquility… yet warmly welcome the laughter of children! For everyone's well-being, please be mindful of noise levels to maintain the serenity of the place." Services & Amenities To enhance your stay, we offer several practical services (available for an additional fee): Linen rental (set of towels) "Beds made upon arrival" option Grocery service: your shopping delivered and stored before your arrival Cleaning package: leave with peace of mind (Note: dishwasher emptied, dishes put away, trash taken out, and sheets removed.) Practical Information Check-in: between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM Check-out: before 10:00 AM (inspection at 9:45 AM) Parking: Two public parking areas at 160m and 300m, or street parking (no parking in the courtyard for safety reasons) Pets: Not allowed Pool: Open and heated from May to September, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Utilities: Electricity and heating oil included from May to September.
