Independent access via an exterior spiral staircase to the bedroom/studio which is located on the 1st floor of the house with private balcony. Parking on site as well as deckchairs and bowling alley. Bathroom open to the bedroom with a 26-jet spa bath with shower, heated towel rail and screens are available. 1 140x190 bed + 1 convertible sofa for 1 person. Separate WC.
