Welcome, dear guests, to my little paradise. You will enjoy going down to the village or to the lake on foot, leaving the house by bike to climb the surrounding passes or go around the lake on the cycle path or even walk in hiking mode and picnic in Mont Veyrier.

## Housing Between lake and mountains, come and recharge your batteries in this tiny house facing Lake Annecy. It is over-equipped, you won't miss anything! Hiking, biking, skiing, wake, paddle, golf, tennis, gourmet restaurants, shops, ... everything is close at hand. It is a jewel in a peaceful location, on the heights of Veyrier du Lac. Independent house of 45m² including: - An entrance with fully equipped kitchen and dining room. - A living room with TV - A bedroom with a double bed - An office with wifi - A shower room, wc, with double basin + washing machine. - A garden of approximately 180m² with table, chairs and 2 deckchairs - A space to park 2 cars - A bicycle storage room (on request before arriving)
