Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming house for rent in the commune of Saint-Orens-de-Gameville. Air-conditioned house with Jacuzzi, 110 m² surface area and 500 m² fenced garden. The accommodation comprises - House entirely on one level - A 40 m² living room with lounge, dining area and 15 m² veranda. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron, Nespresso coffee machine and capsule, juice extractor, small freezer. Exterior: - A jacuzzi available from April to October, seating 5 but ideally 3 people. - A beautiful 500 m² fenced garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other notes : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. -Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge from our local service provider). -Private parking for 1 vehicle in front of the house in the gated garden. Parking spaces also available in the street. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay (ad management and reservations service) and Prestige Nettoyage (concierge / housekeeping service) teams.
