Convenient! Refurbished renovated 2 Bed 2 bath 82sqm (883 sq ft). 5th floor typical Nicois bourgeois building with elevator. Clear sunny view of hills facing north west. Under 10 min walk to the sea. 1 block from new underground tram station straight from airport. All new furniture, appliances etc. Central AC,Heat. Double pained windows with blackout curtains in bedrooms. Wood floors. Spacious yet cozy. 2 bathrooms with italian showers. Separate WC

1 block from new underground tram. So convenient to get all over Nice or to connect to other trams, buses or trains. Close to main train station. On a main street, but not accessible for through traffic. Plenty of shops and stores. Small park next to building. In general a calm area.
Great convenience! Tram from T2 Nice Cote d'Azur airport. Buses, Trains. Public parking Palmeria about 2 min walk from apartment. Walking to anywhere. Under 10 min walk to the sea. Apartment is very central.
