Logement indépendant, calme et confortable, avec un sauna infrarouge. La Loire à vélo et la Vélodyssée passe devant. Vue sur le jardin plein sud. Un quartier calme, verte et sympa! Situé 15 min d'aéroport de Nantes, 25 min de la mer. Cette grande chambre de 26 m2 (au rez-de-chaussée) comprend un sauna infrarouge, un grand lit ,un canapé convertible,une cuisine équipée, une petite salle de bain et WC de 2 m2. PAS DE TÉLÉVISION! Les draps et serviettes fournis. Parking gratuit 50 m du logement.
