Welcome to Maison Des Roses 🌹🏡🇫🇷 A beautiful gîte with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 📍We are located in the beautiful small town Saint Savinien, 17 km from Saintes and just 49 km from Royan. ✈️ The nearest airport is La Rochelle but only an hour and 15 drive from Bordeaux airport. ☀️ We are perfect for family holidays and couple getaways 📺 We offer free Wi-Fi and satellite channels along with French TV. We have 3 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, with a spacious living room and separate kitchen and conservatory overlooking the garden and river. There is a balcony to the front of the house where the morning sun hits, so you can have your breakfast in the sunshine and not overlooked.
The house is detached and overlooks the fully enclosed garden and river. The house is situated 1km from the pretty town of St Savinien so close to all amenities. There is an open air swimming pool in St Savinien too and opposite are the miniature boats on a boating lake with inflatables and café. The Charente river flows through St Savinien and also Port D'Envaux is 8kms away by car where there is a man-made beach for children and a play area. The river is enjoyed by paddleboarders, kayakers and swimmers too.
