The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned house at less than one kilometer from the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accommodate up to 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², a fully equipped open kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 50 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of about 20 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining table. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bathroom with shower and WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: One double bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: Two single beds. - A bathroom. - Separate toilet. Outside: - A shared swimming pool open from April to the end of October. It is not heated from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates not contractual). - A beautiful garden of about 50 m². - A terrace of about 10 m², facing South and a second terrace on the North side with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
