LOUHOSSOA, C538: This charming detached house is located in the town of Louhossoa, just 10 km from Cambo Les Bains. On one level, the house opens onto a large living room with fireplace. The separate kitchen is equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, dishes for 7 people, kettle, coffee maker, traditional oven, ceramic hob ... . The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms: one near the kitchen with 2 beds in 90, two others near the living room (1 x 140, and 1x140 and 1x90). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Separate toilet.
You will appreciate the large garden as well as the view of the mountains. PETS NOT ALLOWED - WIFI
Wood not provided: euros50 per cubic meter (request before stay)
Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not in conformity, or anything that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to confirm that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
