Single-story, with a private, unfenced garden and private parking. Living area with lounge (sofa bed for 2 people), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds (one with the option of two 80 cm beds). Linens are not provided but can be rented. Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Separate toilet with sink. Heating via pellet stove (electric as a backup) and solar water heater. Storage available for bicycles or fishing equipment (first-category river - the Indre). Issued on December 5, 2022 (for all four types of disability). Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - Pets: euros30.00 per stay Property managed by a professional.
