The three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse apartment is situated on the second floor of the chalet. It is superbly located at a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the picturesque village of Samoëns. It is modern, peaceful, family-friendly and light and airy. There is a master bedroom with a super king-size bed and ensuite, a double bedroom with a small double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds suitable for children. There is a separate bathroom and toilet. The spacious lounge provides dining seating for six people, and has comfortable sofas, wi-fi and a TV. The attached kitchen area is well-equipped and includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge opens onto a south west-facing balcony with stunning mountain views and a table with seating for two. There is also a private parking space, garage and storage cave. The apartment is ideal for both winter sports and summer activities. In Samoëns village, there is a good selection of cafés, restaurants and shops for mountain equipment, local foods and wines. The cleaning fee is based on up to 4 guests staying in 2 bedrooms. An extra fee of 40EUR is chargeable for 4 guests wishing to stay in 3 bedrooms.
