House Rules and Rental Conditions - REQUIRED SECURITY DEPOSIT
Property Condition: Dated photos will be taken before your stay. If no claims are made upon arrival, any subsequent claims after your stay will be considered void.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is strictly before 10:00 AM. Any unapproved extension will be charged at €20 per hour.
Booking and Guests: The tenants must personally occupy the premises. Children must be supervised at all times. It is forbidden to host unbooked guests without prior permission, or additional fees will be charged.
No Subletting: Subletting the property via platforms like Airbnb is prohibited and will result in penalties, including lease termination.
Facilities: All equipment is provided in working order. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted. No cleaning rectifications will be performed after the stay has begun, and no compensation will be granted without proof upon arrival.
Neighborly Respect: Parties and noise disturbances are forbidden, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Tobacco and Drugs: Smoking and consuming illegal substances are strictly prohibited. A fine of €140 will be applied for non-compliance.
Pets: Pets are not allowed, with exceptions requiring prior approval and a supplementary fee.
Used Linens and Trash: It is forbidden to eat or drink in bed. All trash must be disposed of in the designated area before departure. Bins must be thrown away in the dedicated communal bins of the building. Any soiled linen, such as that with food or blood stains, will be charged at the cost of new linen, as will any stolen linen.
Dishes: An additional fee of €40 will be charged if the dishes are not washed before your departure. You are also asked to put away and wipe down all used surfaces.
Breakages: Any undeclared breakages will be charged at the cost of repairing the damage, based on the incurred costs.
Security: Close all windows and doors when you leave. Turn off lights and electronic devices to save energy. The air conditioning must not be left running.
Access: No keys should be forgotten. Any keys not returned to the key box will be charged at the cost of a locksmith, as will any broken keys.
Appliances and Utensils: Use kitchen equipment with care and clean it after use. They must be returned to their proper place.
Security: A surveillance camera is installed at the entrance to prevent theft.
Tourist Tax: Must be paid at the time of booking.
Internet: Illegal downloading is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
ID Card: For foreign nationals, a valid ID card must be presented upon arrival.
Threats and Harassment: Verbal or physical threats, telephone harassment, or blackmail will not result in a refund. These behaviors are punishable by law, and we will file a complaint in case of non-compliance.
Violation of Rules: Failure to comply with the rules may result in eviction and cancellation of the rental.
