Located on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony and a shared garden of about 500 m². Wifi, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A sunny living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An equipped kitchen refurbished in 2022 with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
