Fully furnished apartment with a private above ground pool of 8x4m 1.45m deep, a private garden and terrace over looking the olive trees. Double bed of 140x190 with ensuite with a shower. We also have a single bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with a standard under counter Thompson fridge 95L and ice box 14L, gas hob, electric oven, toaster and a kettle. A gas BBQ is available. WiFi is available but can be intermittent as we are in the countryside. So please come and enjoy our space have a relax by the pool. All bedding and towels are provided Inc pool towels. We have solar hot water that serves the property which can be very hot so please be cautious. We also have many olive, fruit and nut trees in the garden. We live just next door so please ask if there is anything you need. Also while we don't mind a couple of friends arriving for a meal we do not accept multiple people arriving to use the property facilities if not booked in. If you have any requirements that would mean more people than have booked please contact us to confirm and arrange extra payment. Parties etc are not allowed at this property. If there are any problems with the facilities or accidental damages eg: broken glasses or plates please let us know so we can replace them for the next guest. We hope you enjoy your stay Thank you.

We have relocated to France and have built the apartment to rent. We grow our own vegetables and have free range chickens which roam the garden, so apologies in advance if they pop up to say hi. We have also adopted several cats since moving here so you might see them wandering around or having a quick drink from the pool. We do have 2 Australian shepherd rescue dogs, who are sisters. We also have 2 puppies, cross shepherds they are friendly but we keep them on a lead or in our house / terrace while guests are staying. You may hear them bark on occasion or playing but we keep them as quiet as possible. We ask for you to please keep the gate closed to avoid any animals escaping. We have had our chickens in the road before much to the amusement of passer's by. Also have solar hot water panels which serve both properties. We enjoy the rural life and spending time exploring the village and surrounding area. If you require anything extra or just want some advice please let us know to see if we can help. Puissalicon is a small rural wine producing village just 15km north of Beziers. It is very quiet most of the time except during grape picking season. We are located next to Domaine Bassac which can be busy during the daytime Monday to Friday taking deliveries and bringing wine to be bottled. It also has a boutique selling their various wines. There are also several restaurants in the village Cap Mestra, Picamandil and Chez Louka offering a variety of tapas, pizzas, burgers. There are many activities to do with the beach 30 min away for nice paddle in the sea or a meal ono the beach front. Roquebrun where you can go canoeing on the river orb. Also Beziers town center with the St Nazaire Cathedral, the neuf ecluses ( nine locks). Explore the village it self with over 1000 years of history. It is best to have a car for ease of travel but there is bus service and also a local train station in Magalas. There is also an electric car charging station located next to the library in Puissalicon.
