A charming and newly refurbished one bedroom apartment located in Old Town Nice, just next to the famous Rossetti Square. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator. Stepping into the apartment leads you directly into the an open plan living area. The beautifully designed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (fridge, microwave, hob, washing machine, coffee make). Dining area has a table and four chairs. Living space is furnished with a double sofa bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and an AC (portable). The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and a smart TV. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, towel rail, and vanity unit.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Nice Opera. Few steps away from Cathedrale Sainte Reparate, Place Rossetti and a market that is open everyday. 1.6 km from Avenue Jean Medecin, 1.8 km from Nice-Ville and Nice-Riquier train stations. The property is also around 600m from Castle Hill of Nice, 3.4 km from Russian Orthodox Cathedral and 3.7 km from Cimiez Monastery. A tram station (Garibaldi / Le Château) is located nearby that can take you directly to the airport via Line 2.
