A connection between the hotel and the airport is available via the number 93 public bus service (2 Euros one way). The service runs between 05:45 and 21:30 and takes 10 minutes to reach the airport.

For prepaid rates where payment has been taken prior to arrival, please ensure you present the debit/credit card used for payment upon check-in, otherwise another means of payment may be requested.

All guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in.

Guests booking the monthly rate (28 night minimum stay) will get weekly cleaning of their room as well as a 20% discount on food and beverages during their stay.

The Pentahotel Paris CDG offers a private transfer service, available 24/7, to pick you up from or bring you to any terminal of the Paris CDG airport, for only 9 euros per trip. Are you interested? Please do not hesitate to contact our reception to make a reservation.

Pentahotels has a strict no smoking policy in our non-smoking rooms. If you choose to smoke in these rooms, you will be subject to incur a fine of up to 250 EUR

For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels.

Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent. This document should include:

• Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian.

• Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s).

Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay
