Beds76 provides several apartments in Rouen and Le Havre in Normandy. All accomodations feature a wide range of equipments in order for you to feel at home. We live in Rouen and will more than happy to help before or during your stay.

Property information

The Up & Down by Beds76 flats will make your stay in Rouen unforgettable. Whether your visit is for business, tourism or study, we'll make sure you feel at home! Access to the flats is via a staircase on the third floor without a lift. There is a communal area between the two flats, with a washing machine, shared library, board games and 2 bicycles available in the cellar. The flats are equipped with a camera in the access corridor to make it safer for strangers to come and go. Each flat is equipped with a "Minut" box that alerts your host when a decibel threshold is exceeded, depending on the time of day, to limit disturbance to neighbours. Recommended by rental platforms.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is the link between the historical city center and university. 3 minutes walk is a grocery store (Carrefour City) open on Sunday mornings and up to 10pm Mon-Sat. Rouen within walking distance : Place du vieux marché in 6 minutes. The new fast bus line is a 3 minutes walk and will take you directly to the train station in 5 minutes.
