This 30m² apartment which can accommodate up to 5 people is located on the 5th floor of the Ruitor residence, a residence with elevator. The beds In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed and an 80x190 cm folding bed. You will also find a bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190 cm. Sanitary facilities At your disposal, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen open to the living room It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. Additional equipment A television in the living room. A ski locker. Additional Information The residence's outdoor swimming pool is only open in summer. Possibility of renting a covered parking space under the residence (subject to availability). THE RUITOR RESIDENCE It is located in the village of Charmettoger, near the Thuria and Vogel residences, 70 meters from the "Charmettoger" blue slope and 100 meters from the "Jardin Alpin" chairlift. The residence has covered parking (additional costs) accessible by elevator and an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor in summer only. You will find a shuttle stop 100 meters away. These are free in winter and summer, and run every 20 minutes in winter and every hour in summer. The nearest supermarket and the ESF are located in the village of Villards, about 10 minutes away on foot.
