I am an experienced host and we try to make sure all the details are correct before you arrive to make sure eveything runs smoothly for your holiday. I am from Dublin but have lived here for mny years and I am still excited about how lovely Nice is and hope guests love it as much as I do. We try to help achieve that with infrmation and advice when asked for.

Property information

New renovation in an charming Old Nice building. You can enjoy all the mod cons while still feeling the charm and uniqueness of this part of the city. Cool, quiet bedrooms and good sized bathrooms complete with toilet, shower and sink in both bathrooms. The living space is large, bright and breezy, open plan with plenty of space, storage and seating for all guests to be together in comfort. Ideal for families, or couples.

Neighbourhood information

Place Rossetti is in the heart of the Old Town, it's a gorgeous square, circled with restaurants, shops, the best ice cream store in Nice and overseen by a magnificent Baroque Cathedral. Sit by the fountain and enjoy a sweet treat while planning your next move: a swim on the nearby beach, a wander to the shopping district, a tour of the Cathedrals, a visit to the Opera House or maybe just to sit under a tree in the wonderful park of the Coulee Vert,
