No time constraint: On arrival, the key of the apartment is deposited in a safe that allows the residents to arrive when they wish from Saturday 14:00; for the departure the key will be deposited at the same place before Saturday 10:00 For French customers, a deposit of 200 euros is to be paid by cheque and will be attached to the rental contract: The check not cashed will be returned by mail Postal. For foreign customers, the deposit of 200.00 euros is to be paid by bank transfer, it will also be returned by bank transfer.
How else to define me lead you to choose Serre Chevalier as your next holiday residence and more particularly Serre Chevalier 1400 (La Salle Les Alpes). The previous seasons were a wonderful adventure for me and I had the chance to receive wonderful "guests" all delighted with their stay. As soon as I can, I make improvements so that everyone feels at home and comes back very quickly. I hope that… soon… it will be your turn! To read to you very quickly...
It would be bold to say that everything is there, but you will not lack anything in the neighborhood: In winter 100 «real» metres from the ski lifts (gondola lift and chairlift), 200 metres from the cross-country ski slopes In summer: At the start of the hiking trails, mountain bike trails, 200 meters from Lake Pontillas (swimming, lawn...) and Lake Biotop of Serre Chevalier 50 meters from many shops: tourist office, ski school, guide office, supermarket, caterer, bakery, sports shop with equipment rental, cinema, bank, laundry, linen rental, pharmacy, doctors.... A few steps away you will find a municipal swimming pool, ice rink, an ice driving circuit, an equestrian center, a fitness center... 300 days of sunshine a year, in direct contact with nature without being too far away, ideal!
