The apartment is on the top floor of a small three storey block, accessed by stairs and lift within a very quiet, gated and exclusive development with secure covered parking. Both double bedrooms and the comfortable lounge are south facing with sea views through full height sliding patio doors, which open onto the large, extensive private terrace. The modern kitchen is fitted with granite worktops, integrated dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven microwave and washer-dryer. The apartment has a luxury marble bathroom and a cloakroom. The terrace is furnished with a wide selection of furniture including comfortable armchairs, dining table and sun loungers, plus has the benefit of having electric awnings so that alfresco dining can be enjoyed in the shade. Within the development there is a large heated communal pool (May to September), with plenty of sun loungers, and a tennis court.
