A stylish, newly renovated apartment in charming, tranquil Saint Vincent Rive d’Olt. Comprising a spacious sitting/dining room with fireplace and new kitchen, lovely bedroom with original delft tiling, modern shower room and outside space, the apartment t is found in the centre of the village with views over the church and is moments from the wonderful cascades in the centre of the village
I moved here five years ago and love la vie francaise! I live about 10 minutes drive away and am easily contactable. Having lived in this corner of France for a long time I know it well and can give help and advice with most things
Saint Vincent Rive d’Olt is tranquil and very pretty, with a stream running through the centre that has lovely waterfalls, leading to a mill stream full of fish and ducks! It is only a kilometre away from Luzech and Parnac, where many amenities are available, plus just 5 minutes drive from Caix which has a beach area with restaurant, plus boat and kayak hire. Cahors is 20 minutes drive away, with a mainline rail Parking is a available on the paved area in front of the church, which the apartment overlooks, and in the road opposite.
