All instructions will be sent the day before your arrival, once the security deposit has been paid. Security Deposit • A 800 Euro security deposit is required for all bookings. It will be refunded within 14 days after your departure, provided no damage is reported. • A 150 Euro penalty will apply for unauthorized late check-out.
