Relax in this beautiful and large renovated 37m2 studio. Located just a few minutes from the city center, enjoy the calm of this small residence for this ground floor accommodation with its 22m2 garden. The plus of this accommodation is also the private parking space as well as a bicycle room. This spacious studio is comfortable with its well-defined spaces, you will find a beautiful entrance with a large cupboard and toilet, then a fitted and equipped kitchen with its dining area opening onto the garden as well as a TV area. Also enjoy a beautiful sleeping area with a 160/190 double bed and its adjoining bathroom. The Sables concierge offers bed and bathroom linen rental, option on request when booking.
