## The space The tastefully decorated T2 La Bohème is a 36 m² flat on the ground floor of a residence in the centre of Palavas-les-Flots, 80 m from the beach and 1 minute's walk from the shops. Fully equipped and refurbished.There is a staircase leading up to the front door of the building. LIVING ROOM: Comprising a two-seater sofa bed with coffee table, television, wifi, internet, high dining table (seats 4) with stools, large ceiling fan. Access to the loggia through a bay window. LOGGIA: 4m² with a relaxation area. KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen is a real asset, allowing you to prepare delicious meals using fresh local produce. It includes: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, extractor fan, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, storage cupboards and all necessary utensils. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or on the loggia !!!! BEDROOM: comfortable, ideal for resting after a day exploring the region. With a double bed (160 cm), a large ceiling fan, touch-sensitive bedside lamps and a large storage cupboard, the room is welcoming and relaxing. BATHROOM: The bathroom offers a relaxing space with a large shower, toilet, practical storage unit and elegant washbasin. Fluffy towels, toiletries and a mirror are provided. CELLAR: 4m², lockable. Possibility of storing your bicycles. ## Guest access Travellers have access to the entire accommodation. ## Guest interaction The CBC Home Concierge Service is available to answer any questions you may have. ## Other things to note Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.). This is included in the price of cleaning.
