Great contemporary villa on the heights of Ile-Rousse, with sea view, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Villa Annonciade has a superb panoramic view of the Ile-Rousse and the whole coast, as far as the Agriates Desert and Cap Corse. Located on the Sémaphore hill, in a quiet area, the villa is 2 minutes from the Leclerc shopping centre, 5 minutes from the beaches of Bodri and downtown Ile-Rousse and 15 minutes from the beach of Ostriconi. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the capacity of the villa is 6 people. The villa also has an extra apartment that can be rented in addition, but not independently. There is 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, and a shower room. Price on demand. Photos of the apartment on request.
