Located in the center of Bazas, Villa De Monzie is a spacious 160 m² holiday home, ideal for a stay with family or friends. You can accommodate up to 6 people and enjoy all the necessary comfort for a relaxing holiday. The house features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, a television, a fan, and a washing machine. Please note that the villa does not offer air conditioning or bath towels. The private outdoor area invites you to enjoy sunny days with an enclosed garden, a furnished terrace, and a barbecue for friendly outdoor meals. Nearby you will find shops, a supermarket, restaurants, castles, lakes, a leisure center, and a local market every Saturday morning. Bicycle rentals are also available for an extra charge to explore the region. A closed garage with 4 spaces, 4 spaces on the property, and free street parking are at your disposal. A secure storage room for bikes and motorcycles is also provided. The house follows an eco-friendly approach with on-site recycling instructions and low-energy lighting. Pets: • Only small dogs are accepted (not allowed on beds, sofas, or upstairs, and droppings must be collected). • For large dogs, a boarding facility just 3 km away can accommodate and care for them.
