## The space This 1bedroom apartment of 45 m2 is located on the 2nd floor of a recent residence with wheelchair access in the city center of Antibes close to all amenities. It is composed as follows: - Bedroom with double bed, storage and two single bunk beds and AC - Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine (no dryer but a drying rack) - Independent toilets - Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people / dining area with dining table - Kitchen open to the living room with oven, hotplates, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils - Terrace accessible from the living room with dining table The apartment has a private parking space in the basement of the building. It is accessible with an elevator for car. Designated place for a car up to 5m lengh / 1m90 high The apartment has WIFI and AC There is air conditioning. We have a high chair for kids and a baby cot (no linens) ## Guest access Travelers have access to the entire accommodation. ## Guest interaction I live in Cannes and work in Antibes. So I'm often around to help you if needed. Our agency is also located a few steps from this accommodation. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact us to see our availability (additional costs possible). However, autonomous arrival is possible on request with a key to be collected in a secure key box. ## Other things to note Household linen is provided on arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a tea towel, a roll of toilet paper). End of stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys. ## The neighborhood The magnificent and typical district of old Antibes. A district full of charm, with its narrow streets, its ramparts, its port, its beaches, its shops, its restaurants. Numerous markets throughout the week including the famous Provençal market. A holiday atmosphere guaranteed! You will be under the spell of this very sought-after neighborhood for the holidays! You are only 10 minutes walk from the beaches: La Gravette, La Salis. ## Getting around The Antibes SNCF train and bus station is approximately 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation. By car, the journey from Nice airport is approximately 20/30 minutes depending on traffic. If you don't have a car you can either take a taxi from the airport or a bus (N°250) which will drop you off at the "Place du Général de Gaulle" in Antibes (5 minutes walk from the accommodation).
