Relax in our One Bed garden Annex. at the rear of our property. Enjoy the full size hot tub patio dinning area.( weather permitting) Inside is a one bedroom self contained Annex, with fitted Kitchen, Lounge/dining area, WIFI, bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail. This is an annex attached to our home but with its own entrance. We are over 21's only. Dogs allowed but only on request. Max 2 dogs no puppies under 6 months. NO other pets allowed. We are within walking distance to Castle Point shopping center ,Bournemouth hospital. A short drive cycle to Bournemouth 7 miles of award winning sandy beaches and Bournemouth town enter the annex by a private entrance via the passage way at the side of our property.. The BIC & Pavilion. Bournemouth Airport is a 7 minute drive away. We have a max of 2 person, and extra guests staying will be charged forty pounds per night but this is onlywith agreement from the hosts.
Hosting with My Wife Tracy Hot tub and patio is for sole use of guest using the garden Annex. The hot tub is very private & relaxing. can be used all year weather permitting.
This is an urban area, with castle point shopping center within walking distance. Beryl Bikes available near by Near by Bus stops: M1 bus goes to Bournemouth town center and Poole Town center via Charminster 3 bus goes to Bournemouth Town center and Westbourne via Charminster More Bus information available on the more Bus App and the Yellow Bus App Taxis are available on the united taxis app
