The Annex is newly renovated to a modern high standard. It offers a double bedroom, en-suite shower room, open plan living/dining/kitchen and a small enclosed garden with outdoor furniture.  We also have a shed for bike and beach equipment storage. There is private parking for 1 vehicle and you are welcome to bring your furry friends. 
The Annex is fully equipped with everything you should need for a comfortable stay, whether 1 night or several weeks.
Arriving into Sutton on Sea via A1111, at the roundabout turn right onto A52 Skegness (Station Road). Take the first left, sign posted Moreland Avenue.
Arriving into Sutton on Sea via A52 from Skegness, turn right just before the roundabout into Moreland Avenue.
Arriving into Sutton on Sea via A52 Mablethorpe, pass through the village, once at the roundabout take the first left towards A52 Skegness (Station Road) and then the first left into Moreland Avenue.
Moreland Avenue is a small private road and The Annex is situated 50 meters on the left.
Thank you for looking at our new property 'The Annex'.  This is our first holiday let in Sutton on Sea where we have lived for over 40 years.  We have been married for 28 years and raised our three children in the village.  We hope you like the peaceful village, with plenty to do on the doorstep.
Sutton on Sea is a peaceful, safe and friendly village and The Annex is located just a stones throw from the high street and a five minute walk to the blue flag beach which stretches for miles in both directions.  Sutton on Sea offers local shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and take aways; along with two small supermarkets.  In driving distance are the markets towns of Alford and Louth, tourist towns of Mablethorpe and Skegness; with the city of Lincoln an hours drive inland. Just a mile away is the new Sandilands National Trust Nature Reserve and Skegness has Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. The prom that runs in both directions along the beach front is ideal for walking or cycling.
