    A lovely comfy little flat with everything needed for a small family. Quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of town centre with lots of shops, public transport and train station to Central London.

Newly refurbished 2 bed apartment on 1st floor. Main property door leads to a lobby which is shared with the ground floor apartment. You need to go up 1 flight of stairs to the apartment which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 living room/kitchen. Main bedroom has King size bed, large wardrobe and 50 inch smart TV. Second bedroom as adult sized bunk bed. Bathroom is brand new with bath and shower. Kitchen/living room is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, sofa bed and 50 inch smart TV. Free fast WIFI throughout. Although the maximum number of guests is 4, we will make an exception for families of 5, i.e. 2 adults and 3 children in which case the sofa bed can be used. Please inform us in advance so extra bedding can be provided. Free on road parking is available nearby across the road. Plenty of availability during the day but can get busy in evenings/weekends and is on a first come first served basis. You can park directly outside the property to load/unload luggage etc.
There are local shops at the end of the road just 5 minutes away and a 10 min walk in the other direction to an Asda supermarket. 10-15 minute walk (or 5 minute bus ) to Hayes and Harlington Train station on the Elizabeth Line which offers fast and direct access to both central London and Heathrow Airport. Heathrow airport is only a 10-20 minute drive depending on which terminal. Excellent road links with easy access to M4, M25 and M40 motorways. Conveniently located for local attractions such as LEGOLAND, Windsor Castle, Thorpe Park etc.
