The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite cloakroom and two twins. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with a sunken hot tub and furniture and designated off-road parking for two cars. Three well-behaved pets are welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at 25 Kingfisher Court. Note: Passes for on-site facilities to be purchased separately. Note: Though the property is single-storey, there are steps up to the decking.

Tattershall is a pretty little village which rests in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire. It is served by a small selection of amenities including two pubs, one of which is Grade II listed, along with a choice of convenience stores and a traditional sweet shop. It also boasts a selection of historical landmarks including its own 15th century castle and the Grade I listed Holy Trinity Church. Tattershall sits equidistant from both Boston and the county town, Lincoln, which both benefit from a wide range of amenities, splendid architecture and things to do. For a more outdoor pastime, nearby you can easily reach both the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB for walking and cycling, and the popular seaside resort of Skegness for a quintessentially English day at the beach.
